Patterns of Mandatory Information Obligations and GDPR Consents

The administrator of your personal data is Green Capital S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie 85 / 21, 02 – 001 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as Green Capital).

For what purpose and on what basis do we process your data?

Your personal data will be processed for contact purposes in connection with the electronic message sent by you and for marketing purposes, if you give your consent. The legal basis for processing your personal data for contact purposes is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, where the legitimate legal interest is correspondence with persons who have contacted Green Capital requesting information. In the case of consent to receive marketing content, the basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time; this will not affect the legality of the processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal. Providing data is not mandatory, but necessary for correspondence between you and Green Capital.

Green Capital will transfer your personal data to other recipients who have been entrusted with processing personal data on behalf of and for Green Capital. In addition, Green Capital will provide your personal data to other recipients if such an obligation arises from legal provisions.

Your data will not be transferred to third countries and international organizations.

How long will we process your data?

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of message exchange between you and Green Capital, not longer than 1 year from your last contact with Green Capital. If the basis for processing your personal data is consent, then your personal data will be processed until such consent is withdrawn.

What rights do you have?

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data and receive a copy of the personal data being processed;
  • rectify any incorrect data;
  • request deletion of data (the right to be forgotten) in the circumstances provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR;
  • request the restriction of data processing in cases indicated in Article 18 of the GDPR;
  • object to data processing in cases indicated in Article 21 of the GDPR; transfer the provided data, processed in an automated manner.

 

If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority (PRESIDENT OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION OFFICE, ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw).
